Privacy policy

This policy explains what GameCode (genzgamecode.com) collects when you use the site, why, and the choices you have. GameCode lists working redeem codes for mobile games, collected from the games’ official announcements.

In short

  • You can use the whole site without an account. We never ask for your name, email, phone number or game login.
  • The site shows no ads, and we never sell or rent any information about visitors.
  • We count visits with Google Analytics, without seeing who you are. In the EU, UK and Switzerland only if you accept. Page views are counted by Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies.

Information you give us

None is needed: there are no accounts, sign-ups or forms on the site.

Visit statistics (Google Analytics)

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used: which games and pages are opened, which codes are copied, what is searched for, the type of device and browser, the country and city a visit comes from, and how visitors found the site. Google Analytics gives your browser a random ID in a cookie so it can tell new visits from returning ones.

Google Analytics does not store IP addresses, and we never see them. We look at these statistics only as totals and trends, never to identify a person, and we do not combine them with any other information. Google processes this data for us under Google’s privacy policy.

Visitors in the European Union, the UK and Switzerland are counted only after they accept cookies (our legal basis there is your consent). Everywhere else, statistics are on by default because they help us run and improve the site; you can turn them off at any time:

You can also block Google Analytics on every website with Google’s opt-out browser add-on.

Page view counts (Cloudflare Web Analytics)

Cloudflare, which delivers the site, counts page views for us with Cloudflare Web Analytics: which pages are opened, how fast they load, and the browser, device type and country of the visit. It uses no cookies and no browser storage, does not follow you across websites, and does not identify you. We see only totals. Cloudflare handles this under Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Technical and security data

Like every website, when your browser loads a page, the servers that deliver it receive your IP address, your browser type and the address of the page. This happens at our hosting provider and at Cloudflare, which delivers and protects the site. It is used only to show you the page, keep the site secure and fix problems, and is kept for a short time. To block harmful automated traffic, Cloudflare may check your browser and set the cf_clearance cookie, which is strictly necessary for security and is not used to track you.

How we use information

Only to show you the site, to learn which games and features are useful so we can improve them, and to keep the site secure. We do not use it for advertising, we do not build profiles of visitors, and we do not make automated decisions about anyone.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that run the site for us: Google (visit statistics), Cloudflare (delivery, security and page view counts) and our hosting provider. They may process data outside your country. We share information with others only if the law requires it.

Your choices and rights

You can change your cookie choice above, block cookies in your browser settings, or clear this site’s data at any time; the site keeps working either way. Depending on where you live (for example under the EU and UK GDPR, India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act or California law), you may have the right to ask what information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to its use. Because we have no accounts and do not know who our visitors are, we usually hold nothing that identifies you.

Children

The site is for a general audience of mobile game players. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and nothing on the site asks for it.

Links to other sites

Store links, official game pages and redeem pages open the game company’s or app store’s own sites. They have their own privacy policies, which we do not control.

Changes to this policy

If we change how the site handles information, we update this page and the date at the top before the change takes effect.
