How do I redeem a code in my mobile game?
Most mobile games have a Redeem Code or Gift Code option inside Settings, Player Profile, or the Events menu. Others provide an official external redemption website where you enter your Character ID and the code. Visit any game’s page on GameCode for exact step-by-step instructions.
Why does a code say invalid, expired, or already redeemed?
Codes usually fail for four reasons: 1) Case sensitivity (codes must be typed exactly with uppercase and lowercase letters); 2) Expiration (the developer turned off the promo); 3) Account limit (most codes work once per account); 4) Region/Server lock (some codes only work on specific global, EU, or Asian servers).
Why can’t I find the code redemption button on iOS (iPhone/iPad)?
Apple’s App Store policies restrict in-game code redemption in certain games. For these games, developers create an official web portal where you enter your Player Account ID and code via Safari or Chrome. Our game pages always include the official redemption link when required.
